Why does the setting "borderless window" cause me to click on windows 11 bar when I click at the bottom?

When I try to click on chat, I always click the bottom of the screen, because that's where the chat bar is. It's annoying that I keep trying to chat and this happens. Admins please fix?

I've tried borderless and fullscreen, but the same problem happens when I am not able to tab out. It just flashes, takes my mouse off of Zero-K, and I have to click again to interact with Zero-K. I find this quote annoying.
