The point of Likho is that you invest a lot of metal in exchange to be able to have more health for those in and out runs.
It can be stopped by a reasonable amount of any frontline AA or flex unit that can fire at it and hit it, but you're probably gonna need a decent amount of AA if you want to hit it before it manages to fire a bomb. This means taking a look at AA that does a lot of damage in a single instance:

Crashers (very bad at the moment but a valid example)
I quite like Flail and Angler among these, but spammed Vandal could also maybe... work.
You can also cloak a mass amount of any AA and wait for the Likho to approach, and then open fire, thus granting relative safety to your fragile AA ball while ensuring the Likho overcommits. You have to manually select fire for this though, or else the ball can be baited by a swift or the like.
