Question: How to Turn Off Shield Sharing?

Shield sharing is bad when protecting buildings against missiles. It doesn't matter how many shields there are, once one hit depletes the shield, they all share shields and drop below the health needed to block a second hit.

Is there a way to switch it off? (Like a button so it only affect shields protecting structures, and doesn't affect shieldbot stuff)

Nope!

There is a lobby setting (not default z-k) that makes shields evermore resiliant by sharing hp pools. Then a felon with some thugs attached can block missiles!

Shield link is a feature of zk's shield. Shield power just flow to the weaker part automatically. Except some special shields.
