Player rank inconsistencies

I noticed something that I find strange regarding rank.

For example for USrankSOLSheldon (adjacent to me in the ladder) his rank color is blue and the following is shown on his rating page (at https://zero-k.info/Charts/Ratings?RatingCategory=1&UserId=463448 but values might evolve):

Observe that both current and ladder rating are smaller than "Previous rank bracket:".

A player having a color higher than his current rating can happen if he does not loose a team game in a some time (AFAIK color will go down only if you loose the game), but this is not the case here (ex: https://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/2348144?ShowWinners=True). The rank is computed as the best of Matchmaking and Casual, but he is not active in Matchmaking, so that does not seem to be the reason either.

So what is it wrong? Is it the values of "Next rank bracket: " / "Previous rank bracket:" ? Is it something else ?

EDIT: I assumed that the previous / next rank bracket include the "20% into the previous / next rank" (why wouldn't they, we can't really compute by heart what does that 20% into the rank means as a number without some work analyzing the ladder), but maybe that is the issue...

Ok, I checked, and it seems for me that the "Next rank bracket: " / "Previous rank bracket:" show the "raw" value of x % player, not the "20% into the rank value"

This is very confusing, and probably not very complex to fix, someone could please adjust the code to show the actual value that triggers a change ?
