The Quill strikes me as being VERY FAST for its cost, to the point of embarrassing the Mason a bit.
Maybe that was more reasonable back when Hovers handled steep terrain even worse than Vehicles.
They're sort of the kings of early-game fast expands now, and great for getting to reclaim first too.
