by request i merged upgrader ai with scale ai and boss ai to make an ai that could never be killed

advice:
dont take over 50% of map mex until your strong
dont let ai get to detriments or they will get 18 detriments.. if they have a split com (3x spawns) and you have over 50% of map mex (2x spawns) then they will get over 120 detriments! even with chain exploding you would need a starlight to stop that

ok.. cause of crash was due to commanders somehow spawning commanders.. this leads to 337 commanders who then spawn 4,044 units and they crushed each-other leading to a runaway chain reactionary thermonuclear explosion that blew up half the map

since commanders are on the blacklist im not sure why it happened ill look into it

uggh dynamic coms are hard to catch properly by unit def.. and they spawned heaps of them again

this currently has a crash bug

switched to whitelist to fully solve the bug.. not tested and may become much harder now with a far shorter list

the ai was finally beaten.. proving that humankind is better then a machine that cheats like crazy

and proving just how bad the vanilla ai really is

the ai that lost had 6 zenith and did not even make grid

attempt to reduce crashes to non negative zero

cleaned up flags on death
reduced coms on death split to 3
decoupled coms from evolutions

added end of wave list health boost rollover
added spawn blocking and scatter system

hope this destroys crashes

2.7 is now a milestone version.. not only more stable but feature rich and complete AI

small update
made this much easier:

1/2 wave spawn speed
made ai nuke fire at will

if its too easy play vs 2 ai

version 3.0 - untested.. gave commander final forms 100 energy / metal / build-power + double range laser.. 10x health... just incase ai can hope to rebuild

tested working 3.1 - fixed crash

DONT KILL ENEMY COM until your ready as it will become very powerful

buffed spawn times now so thay are half way between the nerf at 30s per wave and 1 min per unit type

gave normal units that evolve from death when at max unit cost detriment a spawn as any random unit but with 10x health

reduced ai black coms innate income to 20 down from 100 to lessen the power spike from early kills

massively improved ai unit spawn logic to allow the ai to maintain spawns even if commander is blocked

issues found in 3.4 rolling back to 3.3

version 3.5 update: removed the new advanced spawning module as its broken and pushed the other changes to detriment death evolutions into black mega health random units (rare late game enemies)

more issues found.. staying with 3.3 until 3.7 is fully working

after trying to further fix this mod i have come to the conclusion its now a mess of code that works perfectly but any single change causes an avalanche of bugs..

so the 3.3 release will be the final version

attempted to improve spawning systems

further improved spawning.. gave ai seismic missiles to help it combat the rising trend of huge walls until the game laggs

nerfs:

ai gets 800% less seismics gaining one every 8 minutes

ai takes 200% longer to get wave spawns - but will get 2 more units then normal for a total of 20 of each type

ai gets bonus spawns at at a higher percentage now needing +15% of map mex: at over 65% , 75% , 85% // +1 , +2 , +3

ai black coms spawn delay is now 5 minutes up from 3 seconds

reduced lag related to spawn attempt stacking
