Add Bar's T2 factories

Tried "Sanctuary: Shattered Sun Demo" and when I see T4 units' size vs their range, I finally realized that zero-k starts with enough resources to make their T2 directly. So what about we have Bar's T2 fac as our normal factory (a mod)
