Some balance changes



Yet another swatter buff

Buffed Swatters damage from 11.3 -> 17.4
Buffed Swatters bullet speed from 1350 -> 2000
Buffed Swatters EdegEffectiveness from 0.25 -> 0.75

Raiders are far too monospamable so raiders are now nerfed.

Nerfed Skeeters damage from 8 -> 6.8
Nerfed Hunters damage from 12 -> 10
Nerfed Harpys hp from 575 -> 525
Nerfed Harpys range from 475 -> 400
Harpy No longer banks


Volcano still feels unreliable.

Tempoary buffing Volcanos precise cannon damage from 3000 -> 7000 Damage Will get different buff/rework which will revert part of its base damage nerf
Buffed Volcanos scatter cannon crater mult from 2.5 -> 4

LMT felt a bit too superior to llt so it got a damage nerf

Nerfed Lmts damage form 75 -> 60
