good nerf to assaults zergs and nice addition to the slow pool

I think the best magpie would be the one that was nerffed really hard but it really needed to keep the fast missiles. Basically low HP, low agility but high and accurate burst damage. This is just my opinion. The current magpie is quite interesting too, not sure I like it as much though.
