"Ready" checkbox and AFKers

The "ready" checkbox is pretty much useless. I suggest:
-make the game start only when all players are ready
-the ready state goes "unready" after 30 seconds, so you can't check it and go make dinner. It doesn't go unready if you're active in the battle room - typing and doing stuff.

Think of something more than that, Drone. :P

It'd be mean if I couldn't even go afk for two or three minutes, 'cause that's how long the game takes to actually start anyway.

I would rather just add delay after game ends and ingame ready +balancing but thats very complex :(

Now games start after 1-3 minutes.
With ready being respected games started after 10+ minutes.

But a 1 minute delay after game ends would be nice. So people have time to spec etc.

Yeah the ready button is useless. So it's more useful to remove it from the lobby and automatically set a person who joines a game to "ready"...

It's still needed for non Springie hosts.

I've been thinking that too. But then there's the problem of "short pause after last battle ended", so players have time to spec/leave/whatever. Your decision I guess.

They could as well spec during that pause ..

Basically if they want to play - they can keep ready and autohost gives them enough time for "short break".

If they want bigger rest, they should spec instead

+1, but I would suggets 3 minutes for the ready button.

I would also suggest 1 minutes force pause if the game ends.

We will see if it is usefull, because !specafk don't seem to affect players who are only "Not Ready".
