Is there a way to package 0K so that I can use it on lan games through the spring lobby? It would be great so that the game could be distributed through a local server and run without direct internet access.

After some more work in Google I found http://packages.springrts.com/builds/ which has the packaged 0K builds.

Also I should mention that this has to be run on Spring 91.x based on testing, and I haven't been able to get a server that works with the unlocks (help with that would be appreciated).

There is a way to play spring offline in a lan, though i had never done it with the zero-k lobby client.
I also forget how it was done with the spring client since it was several years ago and the lan parties involved substance abuse...

But if the zero - k lobby can be offline lanned (which would be awsome), then it would probably involve adjusting the following

Under settings there are two fields
Spring server address and
spring server name.

But i am not a developer, and dont have enough experience to really help more.

But there are a few other forum threads that might be worth checking out.

If you figure it out let me know, would like to do a zero-k/spring lan party again one day.

This is possible, but you'll either need some quite manual configuration of the start scripts, or you'll need to field your own lobby-server.

Then you specify the custom lobby server's (lan) address in the mentioned settings and there you go.

Note that unlocks, custom commanders, replays, etc... will not be available.
