I downloaded and ran the map without any particular difficulty.

This isn't the only map which people have reported problems with downloading recently. According to what I know, it seems to be happening to specific people, which suggests the problem has something to do with some Internet infrastructure between the server and some specific parts of the world/service providers/etc.

The bad news is that there is not a lot constructive we can do about such a problem. The good news is it is reasonably likely to get resolved without our intervention - but I can't offer a timeline for that.

(Versions in the map file name are still a good idea, even if they have not fixed this particular issue.)
