Why not? We have concluded that his words are offensive and are aimed to offend people. How come those words stop being offensive against him? I repeat, the admins have concluded that his actions were deliberate, not just some friendly banter that offended someone accidentally.

We would have to ask him if he was offended. But without his input, we are only left to assume that he was. The precedent has been set by @HisaoNakai who has been reporting people for verbally abusing others, not himself. @HisaoNakai did not have any evidence the alleged victims truly were offended, and yet the bans were dispensed.
