2 It is not my job to report every single instance of rule violation, but it IS admins' job to inspect reports and give out punishments when necessary. 2 It is not my job to report every single instance of rule violation, but it IS admins' job to inspect reports and give out punishments when necessary.

5 Why not? We have concluded that his words are offensive and are aimed to offend people. How come those words stop being offensive against him? I repeat, the admins have concluded that his actions were deliberate, not just some friendly banter that offended someone accidentally. 5 Why not? 6 We would have to ask him if he was offended. But without his input, we are only left to assume that he was. The precedent has been set by @HisaoNakai who has been reporting people for verbally abusing others, not himself. @HisaoNakai did not have any evidence the alleged victims truly were offended, and yet the bans were dispensed. 6 We would have to ask him if he was offended. Then we can talk about "rules [...] don't apply to admins".
8
Show us a case of somebody being unreasonably abused by the same person over a long time and receiving a punishment for when they respond with inflammatory language as moderate as "obnoxious ass". 11 Its much simpler there. Calling a person an "obnoxious ass" and telling him to "bloody well shut the hell up" counts as abuse and CERTAINLY doesnt count as "Respecting other players" 11 Its much simpler there. A person who does that clearly breaks rules 1 and 7.
