Generally all the lobbies do is provide a graphical interface for editing the springsettings.cfg file in your spring folder. You can also edit it manually by following the [URL=https://springrts.com/wiki/Springsettings.cfg]documentation[/url]. Keep in mind some lobbies will simply overwrite that file.
