* Diplomatic treaties have "guarantees". Each side can enter how much they guarantee the treaty in metal. This metal is taken from their reserves and serves as an insurance. Any treaty can be cancelled at any time, but the side that cancels the treaty loses this insurance guarantee and the other side gets it.
