5 The ground underneath existing structures cannot be terraformed. If when you are building a structure you hold the LMB down until a height indicator appears, then drag upwards or downwards, your constructor will terraform to the desired height before beginning building construction. 8 The ground underneath existing structures cannot be terraformed.
