[spoiler]I for one welcome the chance to play with people in the same team I never get to play with because of balance. Like since I've met @Sigero, joined the mumble as I wanted to play team games in coordinated way, but very quickly I wasn't able to as his elo skyrocketed. The only option to play together after that was to challenge AIs which we did for a while but resigned after getting beaten too many times. Not to mention most of Mumble clan - I quit mumble mostly because when I was around the team was always split and we couldn't play together. Mumble is not very coordinated though - it's pain to try coordinating with so many.

I also almost never play with @DeinFreund and usually I'm scared when I play against him (1v1). I remember coordinating with him well on some FFA and teams once so I'd like to repeat the experience. I also think he'd be a good fit to patch my playstyle.

My default go-to for good teamwork/game enjoyment is also @_Shaman and @terve886 - but that was exceedingly rare lately as I wasn't active when they were due to timezones or just time to play.
