Ruining game balance for others just so you don't have to take responsibility for your skill level is a pretty shitty attitude that deserves the highest condemnation.

[q]I label spam the whole map if I want to educate the team. It's quite annoying if you are a new player and you can't see your own factory because of the messages I post there :(.

This is a communication problem. To understand the problem I want to address we need to look at the component pieces. Let's call the current communication standard "rush to door" -- we optimize for getting out the door instead of message quality. How many of these labels I wonder are effective at gathering attention and communicating their point across?

Something like "attack here" is pretty crappy at doing its job. Who needs to attack here?

"build units" -- which units and where to send them?
|
|
|
12 |
"help front" -- where at the front? the front spans the entire map's length or width. Who needs to do it?

Also note that coming off as micromanaging significantly decreases your odds of effective interpretation. We have to know when to give up.
