3 Impaler is the unit that needs it the MOST. It already has the greatest range of any artillery - it hardly needs mobile firing ability - especially given the fact that it's one decent artillery counter - tremor - cannot move and fire simultaneously. As it stands, tremor is completely out-classed by Impaler. Well micro'd impalers hard counter proc. and soft counter all other artillery. 3 Impaler is the unit that needs it the MOST.
