Even
if
a
game
has
noelo,
you
should
not
be
exiting
a
game
or
even
calling
an
exit
vote.
I'd
be
willing
to
say
that
continuing
to
do
so
should
be
modactionable
under
the
spirit
of
"do
not
try
to
ruin
others'
enjoyment
of
the
game".

It does not matter whether or not your team wanted to give up or not. Exit votes should be done within the first minute or two of gameplay for things related to poor game state (eg: avoiding a horribly unbalanced [see: 2v6] matchup) or after the first two minutes in case of things like game breaking bugs. Your team not wanting to resign is not cause enough to call an exit vote. The fact that @TheWarning felt the need to add "I did not waste 1 hour for just an exit" tells you you have crossed a line.

If your game settings are undesirable, exit within the first minute of game play so as to avoid wasting everyone's time, not after 60 minutes.
