The
last
couple
of
games
I
have
played
vs.
TomBodett,
he
has
gone
for
jumpbots,
and
I
have
been
going
for
spiders.
It
seems
extremely
easy
for
spiders
to
totally
crush
jumpbots,
with
almost
no
trouble
at
all.
The
game
right
before
this
that
I
played
on
the
same
map,
I,
for
some
reason,
thought
that
the
entire
map
was
water,
so
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
go
for
spiders
(
so
I
went
for
amphbots,
which
I
have
almost
zero
experience
with)
,
and
thought
I
was
going
to
lose.
Somehow
I
still
won
that
game,
only
about
5
minutes
after
TomBodett
had
destroyed
my
factory
and
fusion
reactor
at
my
main
base.
With
an
army
of
probably
50
spiders,
an
army
somewhat
larger
that
his,
and
totally
defeated
him
with
almost
no
trouble
at
all.

In this game, he suddenly switched to tanks, and I didn't expect the same strategy that worked against jumpbots to work vs. tanks, so I switched it up a little bit, like, I realized that my mixed spider army would do absolutely nothing vs. his tank army, so I quickly built a crab on a very high spire (to hold back his tanks), which seemed to work for a very short time, until a tremor comes over, and demolishes a gigantic mountain to absolutely nothing in a matter of seconds, like, one tremor bullet does insane amount of terraform, it should probably be nerfed so that the bullets don't do as much terraform, it looks very weird and also doesn't make so much sense, it is already raining bullets down all over the place, why have one bullet demolish a hill to nothing?

But anyway I kept trying to push and destroy his tremor, but it did not work, for some reason, it seemed that he was able to make a lot more tanks in this game than he was able to make jumpbots in the previous games, which makes zero sense. It even seemed that he was able to make more tanks than I was able to make of spiders (but I was also trying to build a merlin, which might have been a good idea, but it was a little late). I thought about terraforming walls to stop his approach, but after seeing that tremor totally demolishing that mountain, I knew it would be useless. What should I do as Spider vs. Tanks? and what is a good strategy for Jumpbots to beat Spiders? it seems like spiders can easily beat jumpbots, but maybe not, the only games I really play is me with or vs. TomBodett
