map,

has
units
that
benefit
from
terrain
or
ignore
it
via
Lobster.
Balancing
Hover
less
around
elevation
changes
seems
like
it
would
be
a
good
direction
to
take
since
Amph
should
be
able
to
act
as
a
counterweight
on
mixed
wet
maps.
