sea
involves
a
lot
of
Grizzly.
In
principle
Grizzly
(
with
some
cover
against
underwater
and
light
surface
units)
beats
pretty
much
everything
on
the
surface
given
enough
time
and
density.
However
the
Grizzly
composition
is
expensive
and
clunky,
so
games
are
often
more
likely
to
end
by
superweapon
than
they
are
to
go
in
this
direction.
