5 Envoy has the same problem pillager (emissary) had before it's nerf, it is too good against mobile ships. The projectile speed needs to be reduced or the fire rate decreased, even when microing the AOE means it often still hits due to the turn speed of ships generally being low. It currenty counters Mistral which is needed to counter siren.
