[q] Phoenix just boils the water and that hurts the subs, seems fairly reasonable to me. [/q]

Put a fork or anything else made of steel into a bot of boiling water and tell me how long it takes for the metal to start disintegrating...

That aside, I agree that it looks weird at the first glance, but as SmokeDragon and the others said, there is enough stuff that can burn under water. Its just unintuitive.

[q] You guys arent taking into consideration how litte air has to deal with ships, to kill a sub without that as an option you have to use a likho and manually target the water. [/q]

Definitely
find
this
weirder,
so
either
Likho
or
Likjo
and
Phoenix
can
target
things
under
water,
but
Ravens
can't?
I
dont
even
know
about
Thunderbird,
Odin,
Magpie.
At
the
risk
of
playing
Parrot,
I
think
air
is
powerful
enough
already,
so
at
least
it
should
not
be
able
to
damage
submarines
without
a
specific
torpedo-launcher,
which
I
am
sure
we
do
not
need.
