10 Definitely find this weirder, so either Likho or Likjo and Phoenix can target things under water, but Ravens can't? I dont even know about Thunderbird, Odin, Magpie. At the risk of playing Parrot, I think air is powerful enough already, so at least it should not be able to damage submarines without a specific torpedo-launcher, which I am sure we do not need. 10 Definitely find this weirder, so either Likho or Likjo and Phoenix can target things under water, but Ravens can't?
