This is the first occasion I recall on which the water map has exceeded an average score. I did leave this poll open for several weeks (most of the previous polls ran for one week I think) and Izki Channel's average did move upwards later in the process. It is a very polarising map; very few 3 scores, but the other votes balance out slightly in its favour.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that sea in general and Izki in particular are more popular among the occasional players than the grinders, but this data point on its own is no more than suggestive.

Nevertheless, I think it would be unwise for Izki to out-stay its welcome, so I think it will get rotated. But I have modified my belief about its popularity relative to the other sea maps a bit.

As for the new maps, Canis River's performance surprises me. Lake Carne not so much. Isidis crack is a bit big for 1v1 really. It can stay in teams MM I guess.
