1 Scaling from 1v1 to 16v16 causes some problems with voiced alerts that would normally be a given. 1 Scaling from 1v1 to 16v16 causes some problems with voiced alerts that would normally be a given.

3 “Our allies commander is under attack is a great alert in 2v2, but in 16v16 it would be spammed too often and become constant noise. The same problem for all ally alerts and all alerts about enemy commanders being spotted or damaged or killed. Of course ally alerts could be disabled for teams above 5v5, but that doesn’t seem intuitive for the average player. I don’t want to condition a player to respond to alerts but then not play them just because the player is in a 7v7. 3 “Our allies commander is under attack is a great alert in 2v2, but in 16v16 it would be spammed too often and become constant noise. Putting it on a cooldown doesn't help either, as it would just trigger quickly again after the cooldown wears off. The same problem for all ally alerts and all alerts about enemy commanders being spotted or damaged or killed. With 32 commanders on a map there is simply too much noise if the announcer is triggered to play at all of these interactions. 5 Unless I can come up with a solution to this scaling problem I’m going to keep focusing on alerts that strictly indicate what your own forces are doing. 5 Unless I can come up with a solution to this scaling problem I’m going to keep focusing on alerts that strictly indicate what your own forces are doing.
