Tried to fend off the ravening hordes as the AIs all declare war on me (What did I do? Not sell them my votes? Why would I do that?), had 10:1 kill ratios due to recycle/repair but eventually got ground under by the endless waves of enemy cruisers.

Defied the church to get forbidden tech so I could last a bit longer... didn't help much. So much for forbidden technology, I was hoping nanotech would make my factories more efficient (the description, which by the way is all from the church point of view, seemed to imply that)

I
could
probably
do
it
better
the
next
time,
but
ultimately,
I
need
equal
economy
to
win.
Unless
I
go
all
evil
and
plague
bomb
their
planets.
Probably
not
going
to
win
me
any
friends.

why
