I know, I already rambled uselessly many times about the lack of branches and the recurring revert-craze caused by lack of communication/management. I know it won't change, I just wanted to point out that another model is possible.

If the message is, this issue should be closed rather than left as it is, I agree. if the message is, people should not be allowed to post new issues because most are dumb, I disagree (on the permission to post, not necessarily on the latter part).
