I think the problem is that you can stop any army of undefined size for 600 metal when defending. Yes, 11 seconds stun doesn't equal death, but, it is enough to not want be there in first place. The risk is still there you loose that army, or you'll get perma-stunned by more stiletto's/ticks with death following soon afterwards.

I wouldn't mind to change the stiletto so that it drops a couple of shadow-like bombs with more aoe, just enough to stun 2-3 units that stand next to each other. So, if you want to bomb a line of units you have to approach from the side. A frontal approach will only stun 2-4
