Basic implementation has 4000 hp, which lets it survive three hacksaws with a few hitpoints left. It has a bomb worth 2500 damage, which can kill fusions in one shot -- while commanders survive even if hit (which is hard to achieve unless they are sitting, since bomb takes more than 3 seconds to drop - i'm not even sure it can hit a moving detriment).
