odd behaviour with likho. I made an attack move with likho once and after that all the bombs were on attack move even though I specifically used force fire to target the felons. How to prevent this?

There is a widget that sets bombers to fire at will when they are given attack move commands. Perhaps that is causing a problem. It is a bit of a hacky solution in any case.
