This map frequently causes sync errors. Should it be unfeatured?

IDEA if game desync on this map post battle id here. Then bug to spring devs. Unless this map has some nasty .lua inside, but I dont think so.

In fact its good idea to post desync errors post after battle in each maps page. Some maps are really more desyncing than others.

Another map I used to love. I was missing that. Let's hope!

I actually took a look at some of the maps that had reported desync. The jungle version of this map used ancient feature formats and also used a feature map (modern maps all use featureplacer or equivalent lua). I don't know about the regular vers. Tandem craters had what looked like a feature list but no corresponding files and may or may not use a feature map. I suspect feature maps may be to blame, but both maps are ancient and use deprecated config styles for everything. Given that none of the maps used any lua there aren't very many possibilities.

USrankaeonios yes, the "Folsom Dam Desync" bug which was fixed in 100.0 was related to burning features.

What i did learn from playing this map: Crab in mid hill can kill half the river till the MEX in mid of it. Lances can kill ships with impunity was ship can not go to land to attack the lances...

Have see "pros" most use subs or amp, but still did not try this myself.

If anyone was more tips to share post it.

Lobstering ships onto shore is a cheap way to kill a lot of them. This is also a good way to project influence from the river to sides - lob your bunch of amphs onto the cliff, kill something, go back.
