How do I get map background to rendor?

I see in some of the promo images a fully rendered map background environment. My background environment is wire frame even though I have of my settings on ultra.


Just look north.

That looks like a map-specific skybox. However if you space+click the wireframe it should show an options menu where you can find a bunch of options for the background.

You can also change it from Settings > Graphics > Map exterior

I think the fully 3d exterior looks much better than the wireframe myself too and would prefer it as default.
