I had a Ripper get stuck on a small land ridge starting around 4:20 in this game. The unit wasn't involved in any fight so didn't get impulsed there, but had odd looking pathfinding before ending up there.

Not sure if it's a map bug, a game bug, or an engine bug. Screenshot of the Ripper after getting stuck:

as a quick fix, ripper is lucky here in the sense that it's weapon changes terrain. forcefire the ground below it by f then alt+left click to click through any units and target the ground directly benieth the cursor ignoring unit snapping. Not saying that this isn't a pathfinding tradgedy(it is).

Good point, I realized that when posting but forgot to mention it, that's a useful PSA :D (In the actual game, I didn't notice the problem for a couple of minutes, and wouldn't have realized the fix fast enough, even if I wasn't losing everywhere anyway... I just wanted to report the bug if that can help it getting fixed)

Those sand dunes are probably a little steep for vehicles. You can sort of see the lip of the dune where the radar shadow curves around. It sort of appears as though the ripper has the crest wedged into it's midsection and can't touch the ground with both tracks.

Could make these dunes less tall, though they are a deliberate radar shadow ambush zone designed for bots to approach the middle.

If this stuckness becomes anywhere near as frequent as the nonsense that happens on titan duel, I'll act personally. If anyone else can't wait to have this fixed and wants to do a quick update, be my guest. Just take the colour of the middle part of the heightmap and dilute the dune with it on some 10% opacity.
