A basic Recoil rts game i made almost 2 years ago. Used it as a learning experience for the recoil rts engine.

Didn't work on this for eons. Recently i decided to start doing some work on it again and release a basic update with some of the original unfinished 0.1.8 update and a bit of balance.

Added Cutlass (heavy hover raider with fast regen with long regen activation time)

Ravager and lurker now have slower weapon turn speeds.

Catapult is Reworked and buffed again to hopefully become an actually useful!

Buffed Catapults aoe from 85 -> 140
Increased Catapults cost from 245 -> 300
Nerfed Catapults bounceSlip from 0.45 -> 0.23 (bounce)
Nerfed Catapults bounceRebound from 0.75-> 0.4 (bounce)
Catapults now has full edgeeffectiveness
Buffed catapults hp from 920 -> 1080

Buffed cost of geo since now that i think about it, its too op

Increased Geothermal Generators cost from 600 -> 850

Finally finished the 1.8 update and did a ton of major stat changes.

Increased Catapults cost from 300 -> 325 (was supposed to be that cost last update)
Buffed sttunbursts range from 270 -> 280
Increased Stromclouds cost from 800 -> 1350
buffed StromCloud hp from 2400 -> 2600
buffed Stromclouds burst (bombs dropped) from 20 -> 30
Buffed Stormclouds turnrate from 1700 -> 2200
Buffed Stormclouds maxrudder from 0.004 -> 0.006
Stormcloud now does full area Damage
Massively increased bbs death explosion effect and aoe from 400 -> 800
Radar no longer has sonar
Nerfed Commanders sonar from -2250 -> 600
Nerfed Vangards and Barragers sonar from 520 -> 260
Nerfed Catapults sonar from 480 -> 240
Nerfed Naval Constructors sonar from 500 -> 250
Increased gazers cost from 750 -> 1000
Decreased tidal generator cost from 60 -> 45.

Also added some new big units!

Added Volcano
Added Alpha
Finally Added Wind Turbine!

Reversed tidal gen buff from last update.

0.1.9

All units (not buidings yet, might probably might redo some later not sure yet) have their hitboxes completely redone!

Some units also got minor model edits!

All air units and fusion reactor got new unit pics!

Raiders are now smaller and some units now feel better to control!



Minor balance too.

Buffed Stunbursts weapon turn rate and tolerance from 32000 ->> 64000
Windturbine can no longer be bult on water.
Windturbine build slope nerfed from 85 -> 50.
Buffed stingrays Damage from 6 -> 7 and stun damage from 11 -> 12.5.
Buffed Stingrays paralyzeTime from 1.5 -> 2.
Buffed llts hp from 750 -> 850.

Ships turn slower but are also less hoplefully less wobbly
Reduced Riptides turnspeed from 2250 -> 900.
Reduced Navalconstructors turnspeed from 1000 -> 650.
Reduced Catapults turnspeed from 1750 -> 725.
Reduced Stingrays turnspeed from 2000 -> 800.
Reduced Vanguards turnspeed from 1475 -> 575.
Reduced Archers turnspeed from 1750 -> 725.
Reduced Barragers turnspeed from 1400 -> 500.
All ships Acceleration is now /10000 form ship turnrate
All ships brake rate is now 1.2x their Acceleration
