I watched some replays and mostly I see only zeros in tabs "mouse clicks per second". When I play multiplayer or vs bot I see actual numbers. The only time I see that numbers in repay was in version 1.0.8.5 @ spring 0.89.0.1-90-g2a49c60 ( 0_o ). Is it a bug ?

It is indeed an engine bug. The engine version where you did see it work is the development engine, where the bug has been fixed.

So when the next engine is released this bug won't be a problem anymore.
