When I start a game, I can see the menu text and text of all the stats in the mini windows and such. When I zoom in on the map, the size of the text reduces to where I can not read it. Zooming back out does not correct the issue.

When you zoom the camera, the text of interface changes?
That seems very strange, at least I have never seen or heard of such bug.
Can you upload a screenshot?
