Cannot Upvote with Firefox

I can't seem to upvote when logged in. I'm running Firefox 38.0 on Linux Mint 17.2 and the up/down votes are not clickable, they only have a dialog on mouseover showing other up/down votes.

maybe add a popup so that when you click the vote and nothing happens it actually tells you why

That would already exist, if just the button was actually clickable now...
(I'd fix it, if just I didn't detest the voting function...)
