when you hold down the mouse button to terraform a building to appropriate height/flatten the north side always borks. fix pls

You can no longer place buildings on the north most points on the map edge either. Probably related.

About 1 min in I try and make a airfac on the farthest left. I do cancel the teraform early twice, but on the third time I let the teraform complete. It doesn't go through, though to my knowledge it definitely should. Adjacent to mex so you can question that if you like.

just past the 10 min mark I start production on an anti-nuke that you can definitely see this problem with. it fails and the order cancels, I re-initiate it at about 12:38, where I try a slightly different spot. the teraform does not work again, and the order cancels. 14:37 I notice it AGAIN, and this time a teraform worked.

I have had this problem in other matches as well. I also notice that (in the replay) It allows me to aligh small footprint units up to caretaker size directly at the map's norther edge, but larger footprint objects like fusion are disallowed. the game gives no complaints when I try aligning to the south edge.

Edit: https://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/749030 I did a large teraform project in the north west, and teraform seemed to act unlike it did before. I would look away and back and teraform commands would be gone, and building placement had issues at the seams between teraform squares.

Is this issue only about the edge of the map? There is a fix in the engine that I need to apply for this.

It feels like bad jank. Sometimes it feels like I'm not allowed to place structures where they are supposed to fit. Sometimes It feels like the placement map is off by 1 in the N/S direction. I only feel this way around teraform or the north map edge. LOS also seems to fog at the northernmost map edge. I don't know enough to say this conclusively.

Because I get this bug quite alot in teamgames I went ahead and testet it: http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/752897?

I always put markers down when a building failed and try to give additional info. Most cases I held down LMB to get into terraformmode and did not moved the altitude just to get a flat base for the building. In hilly tarain and in shot up tarain it often leads to a canceled Building because of eigher the north east edge not being to level or the whole northern edge.

In teamgames i experience this bug alot in two cases: Eigher when building solars in mountains and teraforming a flat base or when placing razors in an area where there has been a lot of fighting.
I hope i could describe this bug well enugh. Sorry for my horrible english and typing.

There was an off-by-one error recently introduced into the engine that makes radar not extend all the way to the top of the map. I think this error is also responsible for filling particular parts of the map with nonsense blocking values, at least when they are terraformed. Maps are literally coming apart at the seams.

This will be fixed when we update from 104.0.1-1322-gd3b03b5, since the bug is absent in 104.0.1-1329-g8b9c8ae. I tried updating to 104.0.1-1329-g8b9c8ae today and it was completely broken. I am not entirely sure how it was broken since I was not around. Precise reports about what occurred would be helpful.

Earlier today I found a bug where ships treated a thin band of a thick terrafom bridge as passable. They could use this thin section of ship-passable land to cross the bridge. I think it is the same bug.
