Combat advisor widget release

Combat Advisor combines several helper widgets into one HUD package. It looks at what the enemy is fielding, suggests what to build in answer, and handles a few chores so you can focus on the fight.

Build suggestions (counter matrix)
- Recommends units to build based on the enemy units you've actually seen.
- Recommendations come from a counter matrix that rates every unit-vs-unit matchup. Each pair's two scores add up to 2.00, so if A is strong against B, then B is weak against A by the same amount. Scores never drop to zero: no unit is treated as completely helpless.
- The matrix draws on several sources:
- unit stats from the game files;
- live in-engine test fights;
- claims gathered from casts, community guides, patch notes and Discord discussion.

Factory Switcher
- Ranks whole factories against the enemy's current composition, so you can see when a different factory would serve you better.
- It also weighs the cost of switching, so expensive options like the Strider Hub don't win every time.

Excess-mode auto-queue
- When your metal bar is pinned full, it queues useful units for you automatically.
- It never overrides your own orders: it holds off until your queued orders have gone out.

Scout Cam
- Shows a popup the first time you spot a major enemy structure, with a live view of it, so you don't miss enemy tech or eco.

Build Herald
- Puts markers on your team's big completions.
- Pings you when the enemy brings out new tech.
- Raises raid alerts when your stuff is under attack.
