This map is good. It's porcy on the hills but there is a LOT of metal in the middle. This means there is a lot of back-and forth for middle control, but it's hard to control since it's all downhill- once you take control, there is no instant snowballing into their base because of the hill advantage.

Later in the game, the geos are really important, but they are far forward enough that they can be sniped easily by artillery, pyros or spiders. This is often game deciding, which prevents it bogging down too much.

Makes it play pretty well.

also you can athena and spam fleas from the hills

It doesn't need Berthas or Catas. Tacnuking the geos midgame if they try and morph them (even the rear ones if you can capture the mid) to keep their e suppressed is win if you can keep your own geos up.

Fleaspam through hills can be good but is often thwarted by careful LLT placement.

I dislike this map. It is good for massive porc and armies are much less likely to win you the game than lots of planes or a Bertha rush or something.

Geos are not decisive in the long run i think. I've spent entire last game serially scything mohos for fun and profit, and we still were outecoed because enemy porced better.

Like, only instance of superporc on our side was an anni i made.

Which trollmin ruined boxes? Seriously, they need to be at least 1.5x as big.

Next stable making arbitrary boxes becomes trivial so if there are any maps that would especially benefit from non-rectangle boxes feel free to also impart.

I don't care about how boxes look like as long as they are symmetric and lvl 0 players who didn't place a spawn location don't get their commander stuck right at game start.

Some hours ago boxes were !split h 10, now they are !split v 20. !split h 15 is enough to solve this issue, but !split h 20 looks slightly better. Of course more complex boxes work as well, but I don't really care too much about them. I just don't want random nubs to get stuck because of lobster wubmins.

With the current boxes this map doesn't seem to make for the greatest battles. Is vertical split intended? It makes the front extremely thin.

Unfeatured for now, feel free to refeature if it was intended.

Then change the boxes? This is a fine map, but intended to be played north vs south.

Would you like to make proper boxes? Create sprungboxes and they can be put in zk.

Otherwise if there isn't some porc hater who intentionally wanted the current inverted boxes, I'd go ahead and make some myself eventually.

You might not be happy about me directly unfeaturing it, but do you really want zk development to continue in the style of "we'll fix it very soon, so we don't care if the game doesn't work until then". In its current state the map just makes a bad impression and would discourage anyone from playing it again.

PS: Changing boxes needs either an update of the map or a new zero-k release, so it can't happen immediately like it was possible before Sprungboxes.
