During this match, the server decided to stop processing my messages, as well as the website and launcher did not work, but in the game I saw the actions of the enemy. The feeling that the server protection sent me to the ban, because right after the entered exit command, everything worked for me

There's no server protection of the kind that would do this active that i know of, and this seems to be a recurrent issue for you.

Perhaps you can traceroute your connection to zk and check if there's packet loss to one of the nodes. Alternatively, checking infologs from this game, if you have any left, could inform us if it's something Spring does locally.
