I played terribly this round, but what is a good way to counter hunters when playing amphbots? hunters are better than ducks in literally every way and are only a little more expensive, and since he had a metal boost, he was making so much more than I was, and I couldn't get a good army out in time.
Limpets work really well but I also need something to kill them.

You probably shouldn't plop Amph in 1v1 on a sea map. Ships are designed to be the primary factory in sea, with four secondary factories.

The above having been said, I would look towards Archer and Urchin. I don't promise that they are actually good enough in the current patch at dealing with Hunter but they have been helpful in the past. You will be much more static than the Ship player but that is unavoidable when one is playing Amph.
