resign vote while nuke is midair has effects on trophies...can we stall resign till boom?

Maybe to fix more birds with one nuke: what about 20-30 second delay after resign vote passed, to also be able to tell team things like "hey detri is at 99%" or similar. And that would implicitly cover the nuke scenario.

Next day: my queued nuke launch is at 28 seconds after resign vote passed, can i get an extension for boom
