A blue with a detri he keeps mobile can be surprisingly useful.

Though I suspect any blue able to keep a 10k+ army moving about the battlefield striking in different places will pack a big punch.

Also, it's really weird that even on a big map like this a big chunk of all metal income is innate or from commanders!
