We could have won this.

One of west's players went alone to try to capture the south mountain and got wiped after spending a significant amount of metal.

Meanwhile, west's middle raids very hard and looks poised to take control of the whole center, but they push too far and lose units.

Attrition is VERY heavily in favor of east, and all the reclaim of the entire game is collected by east.

At that point both teams have equal army value, but east has a 5k value advantage in grid and E. East also has units that counter west on every front, and 1/7th of west's army is an idle hermit ball at the southwest corner, behind the water.

So really, west is down in army, down in eco, down in map control and disorganized.

In order for the game to swing, east needs to commit to an attack that fails in such a way that west reclaims the difference. Short of that, east is poised to take the game as their lead snowballs out of control.

Advantage isn't a win yet.

disorganized.

is a bigger problem than anything else.

Map control was even if the north players hurried to take all the mexes by the time south lost. But they lost all morale and gave up.
