Izi didn't explain what happened in his comment very well here but explained it in discord. Izi was spectating in the Palladium lobby and queue'd in matchmaking. For whatever reason, matching in this game didn't remove him from the Palladium lobby. One and a half minutes into this game, Battle 2053923 starts in the Palladium lobby. Since Izi is still in a spec slot in there, he gets kicked out of this game and pushed into watching that game. He immediately leaves the Palladium game and returns to this game.

Izi DC's at about 1:38, he reconnects at 2:09. During this time Izi has lost two glaives in Parcos base and one glaive and a mex in his own, and his factory is down to half health. He immediately recalls all his glaives to his own base upon reconnecting and moves his commander back, but it's too late; the archer destroys the factory at 2:32, before any of Izi's units have gotten in range of the archer. The archer doesn't end up going down until 3:15, at which point parcos' eco is now 2x Izi's. I don't think izi chose a good replacement factory (rovers suck against amphbots, jump or a new cloaky fac would have been the right plays) but the outcome of the match wasn't seriously in doubt from that point on anyway; Izi was never able to secure more than 7 mex spots at any point and parcos was at his doorstep. Izi intentionally disconnects at 9:30; parcos doesn't click the win button and instead wipes out the last of Izi's units 3 minutes later. The 30 seconds Izi was disconnected for were very clearly decisive, so seems clear to me this game should be noelo'd.
