Interesting bug. I think it may actually be an old engine bug that I thought was solved. Construction is working until the end of the construction of a Crane. The Crane has full HP so possibly the factory thinks that no more work is required. However, the Crane is still a 99% nanoframe. Or it might be priority.

The fac was normal prio, and I don't think he had any other constructors besides the fac.

EDIT: Also the bug you're describing seems like it should only occur if the crane had 100% hp but was technically still a nanoframe. I don't think that's what happened here.

Fixed, priority truncation had an edge case failure when you give away your commander. I've replaced it with a better truncation system.
