Proved my theory, TERRAFORM is the best to do to stop Starlight, NOT shields, shields (need 58/60 + 3 Singularity or 2 Singularity + 1 Moho) cost more the a new Starlight, terraform a lot cheaper.

In this game, a cheap terraform wall stopped south Starlight from killing north moho and Starlight.
